Paper on Mobile Ad Hoc Networks

Hi Joe,

Attached is the paper on the formal definition of the network layer
protocol of mobile ad hoc networks. The paper is accepted for the 10th
Inter'l Workshop on Abstract State Machines (ASM'03).

I also attach a recent tech. report from Microsoft Research, which gives
a nice introduction to the mathematical modeling paradigm of distributed
ASMs.
