Here is some information showing you how to capture windows or images
on Windows NT or Windows 95:

1. Click the window or image that you want to capture (set the focus to it),
   so that the title bar of that window becomes blue.

2. Press Alt-PrintScreen in combination. The PrintScreen key locates at
   on the top row over the Insert key. After pressing this combination,
   the focused window is copied to the clipboard (you may open the 
   clipboard viewer to view it).

3. Open a word processor, such as Word, and paste.

4. For further information, you may want to look the on-line help, with
   key word "screen".
