DT-Frenet: Frenet-Frame DTI Segmentation

Frenet-Frame DTI Segmentation is a MATLAB tool designed to segment highly-curved fiber bundles from a DTI scan. The segmentation relies on the Frenet frames of an representative tract inside the fiber bundle in order to homogenize the DTI data. The homogenized DTI scan is then easier to segment, resulting in a more accurate segmentation than existing techniques.
