Re: Walter Willinger's paper on traffic.
There is an online version of this paper available through the SFU library.

Then click on IEEE to get to the journal web site. Go to archive and
then Volume 2. The article is stored in .pdf form.
Since Ljiljana is the expert on this subject and she cannot attend the
meeting tomorrow, I suggest that we postpone our discussion of this paper
until next week. Instead, I will present some of the work I have done
during the last 10 years on the use of tilings to represent communication
patterns. I have booked ASB 9898 (the smaller room) from 11:30 to 12:30.
