COBA 2.0 is a Java implementation of the consistency-based approach for belief change invented by James P. Delgrande and Torsten Schaub.
This approach presents a framework within which different operators for the revision, contraction and merging of knowledge bases are defined.
With COBA 2.0, you can construct any belief change scenario that entails a combination of merging, revision, and contraction and compute the
resulting knowledge base.
