 For the CMPT 212 final exam, you will be allowed to use the 
 Windows textbook ("Schildt's Windows 95 Programming in C and C++", 
 by Herbert Schildt).  You will NOT be allowed to use any other
 books or notes.  If you don't have your own copy of this book,
 try to borrow one from someone.  I will have a few extra copies
 at the exam.
