CMPT 212 asgn 4 correction

 As someone has pointed out, the assignment description should say
 "Assignment 4" at the top, not "Assignment 3".  And you should
 hand in "asgn4.cpp", not "asgn3.cpp" like it says in Section 8
 of the assignment description.

 I will correct these mistakes on the assignment web page.
