CMPT 212 Assignment 4

Here is my sample executable program:
- asgn4.exe: 32-bit version for Windows 95 or Windows NT.
- asgn4-16.exe: 16-bit version for Windows 3.x. Your program must be a 32-bit version. I have included the 16-bit version so that you can try it out at home if you only have Windows 3.x.
