 Since Tuesday is a holiday and the Assignment Lab is closed then
 (or so I am told), I have decided to waive the late penalty for
 Assignment 3.  This means that you can hand it in without penalty
 up to the BEGINNING OF LECTURE on Friday, November 14.  I will 
 NOT ACCEPT late assignments.  Assignments handed in after the
 beginning of lecture on this Friday will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 If you have any questions about this, ask me before it's too late.
