Janice Regan's Availability: Fall 2006

This is my schedule for the 2006 FALL semester. This schedule shows only classes, office hours, and times that I am regularly unavailable for appointments (busy with class prep and meetings).
Questions are encouraged, particularly during class and during regular lab hours. If you have a question and cannot ask during class or during lab hours then you may request an appointment at another time.

• I will consider appointments only during the hours shown as free in my schedule.
• If an hour is shown as free in my schedule it does not guarantee that I will be available for an appointment.
• To make an appointment please send me an email at jregan@sfu.ca
• Use the subject line APPOINTMENT for CMPT 102 for the email. I receive a great deal of email, if you do not use this subject line I might miss your request among less urgent messages.
• In the body of your email include your name, student number, suggested appointment time (consistent with schedule below), and reason for the appointment.
• Appointments must be requested at least 1 working day in advance, (before 4:30pm on the weekday before the requested appointment).
• I will reply to all requests for appointments made with the appropriate subject line. You will receive confirmation of the appointment or a list of suggested alternate times by 8:30 am the morning after your request was made.
